Have you bought a ticket for one of the events via Ik Ben Aanwezig, but the event can’t take place? Then there are three options: Donate | Reserve | Refund.

Donate your ticket to the organizer as a gift (Donate) | Convert your purchased ticket into credit (Reserve) | Ask for you money back (Refund)

Indicatie your preference by logging in with the email address that was used when booking and your order number (starting with the year in which you bought the ticket). Step 1 is Donate, step 2 is Reserve, step 3 is Refund.
