Sunny Acres - or, Mrs. Bones and the Minotaur

In care home Sunny Acres sits Mrs. Bones, an embittered old woman who would like nothing more than escaping. Her daughters visit regularly, but soon it is obvious that her relationship with her children is unstable to say the least. She has never been able to make peace with her past – and sometimes that past comes to haunt you… literally.

Sunny Acres is a family drama with a supernatural and surrealistic twist. Despite being a completely original story, the play does borrow some elements from the Icarus myth.
