An onion soup salted with their own tears, 125 ways to cook an egg and finger-licking good prints. In the far far north, E.A.T Collective gathers regularly to explore edible experiments and share them with each other and the public. Organized around exploring, performing and sharing food rituals, eating habits, experimental dinners and performative tastings; the collective possesses a wealth of knowledge from different cultural backgrounds and disciplines.
In March, this group of artists, chefs, illustrators, students and enthusiasts will travel to Nijmegen to work and live together for a week at the Extrapool headquarters. For the Extrapool weekend in March, they invite the public to become part of their process and share in the experiments.
